Shipment to European Union:

We charge 6,00 EUR for delivering to a shipping address in the European Union but outside of Germany. For insured delivery (Einschreiben/registered mail) we add 2,05 EUR.

Insured mail (letters) will be sent via DHL/Deutsche Post. Insured packages will be sent via Hermes Courier Service (to countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland (except Aland), France (except Guadeloupe, Martinique, French-Guayana, La Réunion), United Kingdom (except channel islands Jersey and Guernsey), Ireland, Italy (except San Marino, Livigno, Vatikanstadt), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal (except Azoren, Madeira), Sweden, Slowakia, Slowenia, Spain (except Ceuta, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Cania, Teneriffa, La Gomera, La Palma, El Hierro, Melilla), Czechian Republic, Hungary). If your country does not appear in this list, then we will provide an individual solution for you.

In case you choose uninsured delivery, then your order (when it is less than 2 kg) will be delivered by DHL/Deutsche Post w/o tracking number. In such case, we don't provide any replacement due to loss of shipment!

Shipment to World:

We charge 9,00 EUR for delivering to a destination outside of the European Union. For insured delivery (Einschreiben/registered mail) we add 2,05 EUR. Insured mail (letters and packages) will be sent via DHL/Deutsche Post.

In case you choose uninsured delivery, then your order (when it is less than 2 kg) will be delivered by DHL/Deutsche Post w/o tracking number. In such case, we don't provide any replacement due to loss of shipment!

General:

We ship free of charge and insured when your order is above 100,00 EUR (inside of the European Union) or is above 150,00 EUR (rest of world).

If you order for more than 100,00 EUR, then you are entitled to pick ONE free goodie (from the "Free Goodies"-section) and add it to your order.
